Sorry- with the trac-spammers abound, i felt i had to disable anonymous posting of Wiki Pages and Tickets. I hope to come up with a proper anti-spam technique soonish. Meanwhile, please just send bugs via email to dan_AT_subsignal-DOT-org, and i'll make it a ticket.
